We would benefit greatly from the ability to break down company records into departments. Especially in the case of government contacts ie: Tourism vs. Finance
Having to add a custom Department property to a contact record is a clunky workaround in my opinion.

It would be super beneficial to have the ability to break out departments from a company - we have sales diferent sales reps working in different departments under the same organization, having the ability to assign a department to a rep would save us a lot of headaches
