(note: my HubSpot is german thus the exact wordings might be off)
The Idea is relatively simple to describe:
As is now, to my knowledge If you recieve an e-mail on adress XY you can make that a conversation and can create a Ticket based on said conversation.
What i would like instead/additionally is that the moment adress XY recieves an e-mail a Deal is Created (Deal Name = Subject line).
The E-Mails Content is embedded as a note.
This would neatly tie into Workflows e. g. creating a task the moment said Deal is created (or enters Deal-Phase X) to tend to the deal, reply to the sender …
(the contact preferably would be linked the moment the sender has a matching E-Mail-Adress to a contact already existing within HubSpot)
