The last updated date is visable but it would be really helpful to see the create date also. I’m a bit surpised this doesnt exist already.

I feel like its vital to know how old your support documentation is.

This also creates an issue when importing from another platform to Hubspot. All dates are lost upon import, and it’s very important to be able to view this info internally and on the customer side as a reference to when the article was created, updated, and modified.

Would love to have create date available for Knowledge Base, similar to Blog - especially since revision history isn’t available or planned.

Currently, the only information I have access to in HubSpot is the modified date for recently created articles. To keep track of the “created on” dates, I’m using another tool but it would be more convenient and beneficial if this information was available directly in HubSpot.

We’ve requested this when working directly with the HubSpot Knowledge Base team to provide feedback, and it seemed to be well-received. Honestly, I would like to have at minimum the same visibility on Knowledge Base articles that we have for Blog articles - and the ability to see those all in a single table, be able to report off of those fields, etc. This feels even more important for knowledge articles because they require such regular updates and edits.
