Can I create new properties using Goals and Quotes object types.
In below dropdown I can’t find Goals and Quotes.

It’s not possible to create custom goal properties and it’s not possible yet to create custom quote properties. However, other users have requested this before: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Custom-product-properties-on-Quotes/idi-p/356561
I’d recommend upvoting and commenting. The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity and luckily, it’s in planning already.
