Currently, when you create a Contact with the Gmail integration you have no ability to fill in form information.
You can edit the form fields when creating a contact directly in Hubspot.
You can also set 'Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI’. However, this does not work for users cc’d in emails.
We also have a workflow created to populate Company Name if the Company already exists but this won’t work for generic domains such as gmail, outlook, etc.
I would like to have the create contact form; that is available in Hubspot, present in the Gmail Integration in an expansion pane under Log records when it selects ‘Create as New Contact’.
For example: I want to be able to manually add the company name, first and last name etc. when creating a Contact through gmail extension. This will solve for ISP addresses that get created in the system as [not provided].
Hmm, when I use the Gmail extension, I can fill out the first and last name, etc, when I create a new contact. I think the functionality you are requesting already exists, unless I don’t understand your request.
