Create Buttons for Lead source possible?

Hi all,

we are looking for a possibility to monitor our lead sources.

We are very often on fairs (ZP Europe, Digital X, Logistic Fairs…)

At the moment we take a note to new contacts with the name and the year of the fair but this is really heavy to filter later because we get all results which includes the wordings.

Do you know if there is any possibility to create a “lead source” button where we create the contact?

This would be our best solution.

Or do you have any other ideas?

Hi @HLoch,

I would recommend creating (and keep adding to) a custom events property. This would be multiple checkboxes which you select for contacts who attended. Everytime there is a new attendance, you would append it.

You can of course also create a lead source field that can contain all events. It depends on what you want to achieve: the source field would give you the first event touchpoint. The checkboxes would give you an overall event overview. Or: why not both?
