I need this function to effectively delegate tasks. Is there any other way to see tasks of either a team or selected individuals?

I would like to be able to assign tasks to a team so multiple people can see it and whoever is free, completes it.

I’d also love to see the possibility to ASSIGN tasks to HS Teams rather than an individual, so that anyone within the team can claim and complete a task.

We have sales people who need to share workload on task queues and this would be a powerful tool to add.

This is a critical need for our team. On Task Queues – Need the ability to create team level Task Queues or have the ability for one user to be able to assign a task to another user’s defined Task Queues. Scenario - Outside Sales rep creating call list for their Inside Sales rep to execute.

This is a really really important feature.

Use Case: I have LDRs (Lead Develop Reps) to whom I would like to assign tasks in a queue (as in, what we did when we had the “Call Queue”). I don’t want to own them, I want the LDR to own them and I need them to be able to see a Queue that I created… and shared quuees that can be seen by the team.

One up from me as well. Just started as a Sales Manager and I love using queues in my own work. Would be nice to manage my team thorugh them as well.
