"Create an e-mail" exercise I've tried more than 3 times and still can't get approved

Hi there! I need some help.

I’ve been rejected for the ‘create an email’ exercise more than three times (HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) and I don’t know what is wrong. There is simply no explanation provided for the rejection, and it’s getting tiring.

I chose a template, edited the text, and inserted personalization tokens (such as contact name). I also handled the email translation and edited the graphics. I don’t know what the problem is. I even sent a test email and everything looked fine, yet I still wasn’t approved.

Also, is it necessary to send the email in question to a list?

Hi @victoriafp ,

I just tested the practicum out to see if I would experience the same thing, I created a email from scratch, then I went through all the settings - I added a Subject, Preview Text utlizing the generate tool.
You may be missing the settings as above - I didn’t do anything to the content of the email.
I would say try that and if it doesn’t work we can try something else!

Actually, I had already done that (adding a subject line and preview text). I followed all the suggestions before submitting my exercise.

I just tried it again and I’m waiting for the result.

This time, I’ve taken screenshots of my email setup to help us troubleshoot in case I get the same result again.

I’ve chose Regular.

I’ve chose regular!

Created a new design

Selected the contacts

Added subject + preview text

Written the content

It suggested adding it to a campaign

I did it

And since there was no more suggestions i’ve sent the email and excercise.
