If the connection is good, then you can create a workflow like this:
Workflow: contact enrollment trigger;
Trigger type: When filter criteria is met > Select: Form submission > Select: “Gravity form”
Branch type: Based on matching filter criteria > add filter: contact property > Job title is “Business Developer”
Action: send specific communication.
