Hello Is it possible to make hubspot create a deal or even just a task to follow up when sending an email from outlook? I track emails using the hubspot extension. I am trying to set up a workflow that recognises that I have sent an email that contains a certain phrase or keyword, which would then ideally create a deal and add it to a pipeline, but at the least set up a task. Is this possible? I’ve had a look at some of the triggers but can’t seem to get anything to stick? thanks in advance for your help thanks James ---

thats great, I knew I needed the activity section but for the life of me I couldn’t find it. got it working and its creating deals and tasks as needed! thanks again ---

Dan, If we wanted to do this outside of a workflow or sequence, could we have the checkbox below added in Outlook or Outlook 365? I do not want a task for every single e-mail I send, just the ability to add a task, when/where needed. Like we do when e-mailing within HS. Because we use Outlook to receive e-mails and moany if not all replies go out of there this is a feature that I would love to see! @CDriesler Sort of, I believe. I don’t have that option in my Gmail, xactly as you showed. Hey @CDriesler - thanks for following up here! It doesn’t appear that this has been added as an extension feature, but I’d like to double check with @danmoyle to see if there’s any update I’m missing! For now, [this is the closest feature](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Outlook-Sales-Extension/Create-follow-up-reminder-task-in-outlook/m-p/335712) I see between tasks and Outlook, although I don’t believe this achieves our needs entirely.
