I’m trying to design a workflow that will create a task to call a contact if they click an email, but only if no task already exsists for them.

How do I restrict it so that contacts with tasks don’t have another task created?

Thanks!

Hi @nychd,

The best way to achieve this is by using an if/then branch. In a branch, check whether the contact is associated to an activity it the activity type “Task”. (You can further specify task title, date etc.) In this branch, do nothing. In the “None met” branch, create your new task.

Let me know if you need more details and if you have any follow up questions!
