@GMhedin you’re welcome, I’m glad this is helfpul! The dev can definitely add the additional levels you need.

If you need to capture the data in your CRM, you might also build it as a multi-step form (otherwise you need to have a unique conversion at the end of each path so you can use hidden form fields to capture the answers), [here’s an example](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXfdLjXiAMo) of another way you could build this.
