Create a list of those who have sent a deal but only ever closed between October-November

I am looking for help with the filters to put in my list to get the following output.

I am trying to find all those who have sent us a deal prior to October 1, 2023 but have only EVER closed a deal between October 1, 2023 - November 30, 2023

If by ‘sent deal’ you mean a created deal, then your contact list could look like this. You’d create this under Menu > Contacts > Lists:
