Hi
I am trying to find a way to create an active list of subscribers with status “Not Specified”. Currently I can only create a list for contacts that have either subscribed or unsubscribed.
Any workaround to do this?
Thank you!
Best regards
Hi @Jekkl,
‘Not Specified’ corresponds to this list filter:
(‘Not opted’ is the neutral option while ‘Opted out’ is the negative and corresponds to unsubscribed.)
Best regards
Hi Karsten, does that mean if a contact has not specified their subscription and is therefore “Neutral” that they won’t receive my marekting emails?
Hi @Westa,
Only if you have the “Legal basis for emails” options checked in the GDPR settings will HubSpot exclude “neutral” contacts: Manage data privacy settings in your HubSpot account
Hi Karsten,

Kindly,
Ed
@karstenkoehler Interested to know this too as I want people who have no opt in but using or, they could have one of them and and using not opted into all and listing them doesn’t mean they aren’t opted in at all, just means they aren’t opted into everything. I wish there was a simple way of doing "Email subscriptions is not kno
