Absolutely! It would save so much time to not have to create the follow up task, then go find it, then to go rename it. I’d much rather be able to name the follow up task up front. “Follow up with John” is too vague of a title to give me any indication of what I’m supposed to do with that task.
For folowing task on already completed task it will be helpful to copy previus task name as default.
+1 from us too, we want to be able to costumize the follow up title. “Follow up with first name / last name” is not sufficient in most cases.
