Create a Draft of a Quote without a Deal Association

How do you create a quote and save it as draft, without a deal association?

Hi @MA_sevendays at the moment it will be necessary to create the deal association, however the quote can be draft until you decide to publish it, as is mentioned here (point 6).

Hi, thanks for your reply.

But the point here is that we want to use the draft quotes as pre-defined quotes with a set of multiple line items, and clone it for usage on another deal for another customer. When the draft quote always initially is connected to a deal, the clone of that draft will be connected to the same deal and that is not the behavior that we want…

I was checking and there are some other users requesting this option.

I will recommend upvote this idea to make sure it has more visibility for the product team and that way it could have more chances to be implemented in the future.

This is a must. There are other less-advanced proposal software that do this. Why has not hubspot done this yet?
