When I try to create a dependent list by creating a new form in marketing, there is only the contact information appeared whereas I want use the ticket information.

Any one knows how to deal with it?

Thanks

Also another question

Is it possible for hubspot to do like

If the Country is Australia

And in the status drop down list, it only appears the values that related to Australia?

Hi @skylarmao,

Contact property fields are the only fields available for forms. For more information on this, I wanted to share [this resource](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/forms/customize-options-available-in-a-form-field).

In regards to smart dependent fields, while this is not currently possible, I would recommend upvoting[this idea](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Multi-level-dependent-fields/idi-p/11471/page/5#comments) in the ideas forum which requests this.

Thank you,
Jenny
