Currently there is no way to create a default value on oone to one emials for sales agents - this functio is only available in the marketing campaigns - we would like to see the ability to create an email with the first name personalization and a default value to something like “friend, there, etc”. HubL used to let you use “Hi {{ contact.first_name | default(“there”) }},” but no more - please hurry!
