Hello, I am creating a workflow based on the links available in an email that users receive after submitting a form. My goal is to determine actions based on the link the user clicks on. However, if one of my contacts has already received the email and decides to resubmit a form to receive the email again, the workflow malfunctions because the user in question may have already clicked on the link in the previous email. Is it possible to resolve this issue?
