I’m trying to test our HubSpot connector at HubSpot Connection | COZYROC

Just created HubSpot free account. Created API Key. What else do I need to do to setup this account where I can test Add Contacts to List?
Do I need to enable scopes? Give API User access to Contacts?

Hi @cozyrocthirdpar

My guess would be your App(integration) requires access to a feature that’s only available in a Pro product e.g. Workflows.

Is it your App or someone elses?

I work for COZYROC. COZYROC has a connector for HubSpot. COZYROC has a customer that has opened a ticket with our support department having trouble trying to Add New Contacts to List with API. Our customer here at COZYROC is also a customer of HubSpot. I have tried to create a Free account here to try and duplicate the same issue that the customer is having so I can resolve their ticket. I can’t seem to get a test account that will allow me to test and I’m a support rep here that isn’t going to purchase a subscription to resolve a customer issue. Can you help?

We’ve built a few HubSpot Integrations for our clients and the Marketplace.

Sounds to me like your integration requires access to Scopes only available in HubSpot Pro e.g. Workflows.

Difficult to diagnose without seeing you code and App setup.
