We have a social media consultant assigned to a core seat. She can create social media posts but cannot upload and attach a graphic. Is there a way to correct this?
Hey! It sounds like she has a permissions issue when it comes to the file manager. Make sure she has access to Files, and/or she’s trying to upload graphics through the social media tool.
