@karstenkoehler Yes correct, the labels both have a separate Hubspot portal. When we share the shareable link, the colleagues that check the email don’t have a login email address in both. But the link, from one label, can be seen with no issues. And the other link, they need to login to HubSpot. That is where we are struggling, because they don’t have a login. Hope you understand!
