copy radio dial field from contact to deal through workflow?

I have a field with a radio dial in the contact. I want to copy that field on to the deal through a workflow but I do not see that specific field as an option. Is there any way to do this? I would even be okay if I could copy it as a text field.

Not all properties are compatible for copying, you can find the “rules” for copying here: Compatible property types for copying values with workflows

(Keep in mind that you need to create a contact-based workflow to copy from contact to deal. You can’t copy from contact to deal in a deal-based workflow.)
