The new property sync is great. However, if I want to copy a property from contact to associated company property AND at the same time making the company property visible and usable in the Create company form and Company record view it’s no good.
Earlier I could just use a workflow to copy a contact property to a company property, but for some reason that is no longer possible. If I create a contact based workflow I can only copy a company property to the contact. Not the other way around.
What’s the hack here?

This still works for me, are you not seeing these options? This would for example copy the company name from the contact into the associated company.
