Copy property from ALL associated objects to enrolled object field in workflows

I would like the option to copy a property from all associated objects to a property of an object enrolled in a workflow. Currently, you can only get the property from one associated object, based on criteria, but this has limitations.

For example, if we have an appointment to view 5 listings, we’d like a field within the appointment that shows those all those listings so that we can include that field in an email notification or task so an agent can see all the listings that the appointment covers within their calendar / email.

My proposal is that you have an association option for ALL associated objects (or that meet a filter criteria) and you can use those fields to APPEND to a multi-line field on the enrolled object. Even better if you can define a criteria for the order those objects are added (i.e. based on a property value - large to small, etc., or by associated date - oldest to newest, etc.).

You can then have the enrolled Appointment object with a field called “Listings” that included the Listings name of each Listing associated to the Appointment, with each Listing name on a new row within the field.

Then, for each associated object, it puts that field on a new line in the enrolled object field.
