I want to know if in a single workflow can I copy multiple deal level properties and then pass on those updates values to associated contact object?
I believe I’ll have to use deal based workflow however which trigger should I use because in my case I want to make sure there are certain set of properties if updated on deal record those should be copied to contact. But is this possible to do in single workflow or for every property I’ll have to create seperate workflow.
Would like to know best approach for the same.

Yes, you can use the “Copy property value” workflow action and chain it, copying from and to multiple fields. There is no noticeable limit to how many of those actions you add to a workflow.
However, there might be an easier way since HubSpot has introduced sync properties recently: Create sync properties that copy data to associated records
These are easier to set up, in my opinion, and require less maintenance. No need for workflows.

I think you should definitely check out sync properties to avoid setting up workflows altogether.
As an extra tip, if you have a range of deal properties that need to be mapped to associated contacts, make sure the HubSpot users managing the pipeline fill out the necessary properties. You can make the sync property a required field at a specific stage to ensure nothing is missed.
