Hey @CHutt5, thanks for reaching out!
Is Contact Form 7 a HubSpot form or an external form?
If it’s a HubSpot form, you just need to edit the form and replace all of the applicable single-line properties with your dropdown properties. That will push form submission data directly into your dropdown properties.
If it’s an external form, the best course of action will depend on what specific tool you’re using. It sounds like you may be able to edit that form and create dropdown values that match what you have in HubSpot. That should satisfy your workflows and copy the values over as expected (again, as long as everything matches HubSpot).
You definitely want to use dropdown fields over single-line text ones whenever possible, so it could be worth considering a different form tool or some sort of integration that better allows you to capture that data.
Hope this helps!!
