Copy company information to deal information

I want to be able to have company information autofill any deal that is created under the company.

For example I would like to have the company name copied into the deal information so that I can have it show up in the deal details for easy searching. Right now I am limited to the flow only allowing me to import this information for 1 deal. Not multiple deals.

Need to be able to have information port over for any deal that is created.

@A_Jen are you already using a workflow to copy the date, what do you mean by “port over”?

Hi @A_Jen,

It sounds like you want to re-trigger a company-based workflow that copies information into deals. This can be achieved by setting the workflow up this way:

HubSpot interprets “is known” as “has changed”, too. Whenver the number of deals changes, the workflow copies the information again to all deals.
