when asking copilot to summarise a contact/engagements it will provide a bullet point list of engagements and just the engagement ID but no dates or anything to suggest when these activities were. The user has to either guess which one they want to summarise or work their way through them and summarise each one. Also the order of the engagements has no logical order so you cant assume the first 1 is the latest, it would be best if it said the activity type and rthe date of that engagement for a better user experience.
