# Copilot support searching record activity timelines

Enable Copilot to review activity timeline data so Sales/ Service can query records of any specified object that talk about a keyword. Bonus points if you could hyperlink to create a list or index page view.  
Example:

1. Service tickets were X feature is mentioned to see the impact of a bug that was corrected.

2. Sales contacts where Y feature was requested and is now supported. Sales can go up-sell to a list of qualified leads/ customers.

This would just eliminate the need for admins creating a bunch of custom properties to track this sort of data (_that they are not always ahead of tracking_) and time creating reports/ lists. Average users get what they want in minutes not weeks.
