We have activated the Cookie Consent Banner on our website. Is there a way to keep records/anonymous records or track the users that have accepted or declined the cookies?

I’ve been looking for an answer on this question aswell.

@Aakar what you are referring to is of course to store consent records on existing contacts in your database. But do you know if there’s a way to store consent records from anonymous visitors on your website via HubSpot’s Cookie banner? I got information from a Cookie expert consulting agency that this is also required in the EU. 🤔

Hi, @Petter I use OneTrust to manage cookies, so I can’t say much about HubSpot. However, the bottom of this article [mentions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tracking-code/analyze-cookie-policy-interactions#:~:text=by%20day%20report.-,Create%20a%20custom%20cookie%20policy%20banner%20report,-With%20the%20custom) that you can create a custom report to track the views & clicks of the banner. So I think you can do it in HubSpot. Thanks.

@Petter I do agree with you. I can only create a list with existing contacts and cannot track anonymous visitors. Have you found a solution to this?
