Hi guys! I have to say that I completely solved this problem switching to Crisp Chat, that works great and you can pass between chat and email conversations whenever you want, you have the map of your current site visitors too. They don’t offer all of the services of HubSpot, it’s not a complete CRM, but for me, as I only need a simple live chat, it’s great.
