Convert Atlassian Confluence to Hubspot Service Ticket

All, we have a client that is considering moving their Atlassian Confluence to the Hubspot platform. They would like to convert the data from the current solution to Service Tickets. They can export the data from current system in XML format but not in excel/csv. Curious if there is any suggested method of making this happen.

Thanks Dennis. It’s the first one I tried. I also used the Excel XML to XLS/CSV. Provides the information in more of a spreadsheet format but not very useful. Appreciate the input.

You probably have already thought of this as well, but what about the Jira integration?

That’s a great idea. I will explore it. I am also wondering if I might
have been led astray a bit. (but that never happens, right?) It now
appears that the confluence is more of a knowledge base than a support
ticket process. Either way, I need to determine a method to export the
information to get it into Hubspot.

Is there anything on the Roadmap to add Atlassian Confluence to the knowledge base import?
