I am trying to see the conversion are for our in home appointments(meetings) that get a contract per rep.

I understand that you’re looking for a report that would reflect the conversion rates, per rep, of customers who book a meeting and ultimately sign a contract - is that correct? If so, I’d like to point out this Community post, where @karstenkoehler breaks down how to customize our conversion reports.
Would you mind confirming if you’ve taken any of these steps, or the steps in the linked knowledge base article? If so, what particular obstacles did you run into?
