How can we see in HubSpot using Sales Analytics, I believe, the conversion rate of the Deals from 2023 till now from the 1st stage to Won or Lost?

This can be achieved with a funnel report: Create custom funnel reports
You would create a deal funnel report, and specify the first deal stage as first step, the closed won stage as last step.
