Is it possible to make a report that showcases the amount of meetings booked that has now become closed won deals to see the conversion rate between the two? And if so, is it also possible to make a report that shows it in a specific period of time i.e January 2024 all the way to December 2024?
I’ve tried a few different approaches to this with a funnel but also different charts as well as templates and using the AI tool, but none seem to have worked for me.

I would recommend using the Custom Report builder and select Deals as your primary object and Sales Activities as a secondary.
Here’s a screenshot to get you started. You’ll see that I have Meeting Source in the X axis and count of closed won deals in the Y axis. You may want to report on something different, but you could essentially swap out the values as needed.
For the timeframe, you can apply another filter. That could be based on the deal close date (between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24) or the meeting date, depending on which is more relevant to you.
