# Conversations Inbox Not Syncing

We just connected our O365 mailbox to the hubspot channel and it pulled in the emails just fine. However syncing is not working (ie: when I delete an email on the O365 mailbox it doesn’t reflect in the Conversations Inbox - the mail item still exists). This means we always have to delete emails off both platforms manually which is absolutely annoying.

**Please note:** due to the significant changes introduced by Microsoft as part of the [new Outlook for Windows](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/getting-started-with-the-new-outlook-for-windows-656bb8d9-5a60-49b2-a98b-ba7822bc7627), HubSpot will no longer develop new functionality for the [HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/get-started-with-the-outlook-desktop-add-in). The desktop add-in will remain supported, but it’s highly recommended that you instead activate the [HubSpot Sales web add-in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/get-started-with-the-hubspot-sales-office-365-add-in).
