The new targeting options in conversations messages lacks the options to combine rules via AND operator. Currently there’s only an OR option, which is ok for adding a list of specific pages to display the live chat on, but cannot be used for rules like “Display the message on all website pages but not on the blog”, Namely:
Website URL [IS] www.domain.com/*
AND
Website URL [ISN’T] www.domain.com/blog/*
There should also be the ability to use time on page as a variable, and also allow for mulitple triggered messages. So for example if on this page/site for 30 seconds display message 1, then you can have a 2nd trigger display after 90 seconds if no response to message 1.
