My Conversational Enrichment settings panel is completely blank under Settings → Data Management → Data Enrichment → Conversational Enrichment.
I have confirmed:
Generative AI tools and features are enabled
CRM data access is enabled
Customer conversation data access is enabled
My Google Workspace email is connected and enabled
Inbox Automation is enabled
The issue persists in Chrome Incognito
I’m on the Free tier, and HubSpot’s documentation indicates Conversational Enrichment for email is available on all plans. Can you confirm whether Conversational Enrichment is properly provisioned for my portal/account?
Based on the information you’ve shared, you’ve already completed the standard troubleshooting steps, including verifying the AI settings, CRM data access, conversation data access, email connection, and testing in an Incognito window.
Since the Conversational Enrichment settings page is still appearing completely blank, this is likely related to feature provisioning or a portal-specific issue rather than a browser or configuration issue.
A few additional things you may want to verify:
Confirm that your connected Google Workspace inbox is actively syncing.
Disconnect and reconnect the inbox to see whether the settings page refreshes.
Check whether the issue occurs for another user in the same portal (if applicable).
Confirm that your account has the necessary user permissions to access AI features.
If all of these settings are already configured correctly, I would recommend contacting HubSpot Support directly and providing your Portal ID, as they can verify whether Conversational Enrichment has been correctly provisioned and enabled for your account.
Thanks so much for flagging this and for confirming your setup. I checked with our engineering team, and they confirmed that Email Conversational Enrichment is currently available only on paid portals. (Starter +)
I’ve also submitted feedback to have the Knowledge Base article updated, since it currently indicates that the feature is available on all plans. Hopefully we’ll see the changes reflected soon.
We’re sorry for the confusion, and thanks for helping us here. Truly appreciate the help and I hope this helps clarify.
