Hey guys,
I have the gmail extention installed, and right now, Hubspot logs every email that comes in automatically. Can I change this so that I have to manually mark conversations or specific contacts to log?
I get a lot of email from collaborators and email marketing (which I don’t want to track) and right now, I have to unmark so much email, it is a never ending task, and my conversations tab is a mess! I also then have to delete and block contacts.

If you’ve only connected your email via the gmail extension it’s pretty simple to disable the automatic tracking (once you know where). Click on the Hubspot icon toward the top right of Gmail and one of the links will be “Log and track settings.” You should see two toggles for Log Email and Track Email, just unselect those.
Hope that helps, if you’ve connected your email account via Email Integration, the link to that is under the logo as well. However, it’s a bit more hidden.
