I’ve been using a plugin to import data from LinkedIn to Hubspot Contacts. I have 398 records. It was all working beautifully this morning, then at some point the Contacts table would not load anymore. It hangs forever with a white transparency and a loading spinner … It feels broken, because there is zero explanation as to why this is happening, or how to fix it. Can anyone help, please? ---

So far I’ve been handling it by right-click on the spinner, find the wrapping \ tag for that, and then using right-click-\>“Delete Element” Surely I shouldn’t need to use this kind of hack? ---

@javahelp this is not an app approved for the HubSpot app marketplace: [HubSpot Marketplace](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps) If your HubSpot portal performs normally without the app installed and abnormally with an app installed that’s not following the listing guidelines ([App listing requirements in the HubSpot Marketplace - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/app-marketplace-listing-requirements)), then I’d recommend reaching out to the app developers about this. OK, so my test is to disable / uninstall the app with Hubspot, and see if that fixes things. Thank you! I will try that! ---

Hello Karsten, Thank you for your suggestion. I uninstalled the app within Hubspot, but the phenomena is still happening. Is there some other “reset” I should do? Regards, Stewart ---

@javahelp have you tried another browser, clearing cache/cookies, disabling all extensions? Are you using a supported browser? [Browsers supported by HubSpot](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot)
