I have created this list in Hubspot, which is an active list. Yet some are not appearing even though they do have the Label “Dealer Sales”. Some have multiple Labels could that be the issue?

If you’ve waited long enough for the list to populate (5 mins in medium sized portals, 15 in large portals), and this persists, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support. This seems to be a bug then.

Hi @JGray30 You might also want to click Test Contact to run a specific contact through the filters to see why they’re not being added, as @Lucila-Andimol mentioned if they have more than one label they won’t be included.

I think the filter with labels is though to work one at a time
meaning this filter will bring companies that have only that label
