Do you know if it’s possible to get historical snapshots of:
- Contacts by lifecycle stage
- Leads by Lead Stage
I can see in the forecast page this feature exists for Deals but I’m looking to have the same for the two cases above. Please, let me know

No, this currently does not exist; and unfortunately, due to how reports in HubSpot function, they can’t be created from scratch either. You could request this from the product team by posting in the ideas section of the community.

Hey @AIntersimone as Karsten mentioned this doesn’t currently exist, it’s definitely a big gap in HubSpot though and a common issue users experience.
The best workaround for this would be to build out multiple reports and add them to a dashboard. Each report could use the “became a (LIFECYCLE STAGE NAME) date” property.
For example you could use the “became an SQL date” property, which would be broken down by monthly and show the count of contacts for that date. You could create a report for each lifecycle stage and add them to a dashboard.
This would show you the count of contacts who became that lifecycle stage during each time. It’s not exactly what you’re looking for as it won’t show you the total count of people who are the lifecycle stage in a snapshot of time but it will give you insight into trends around your lifecycle stages and show you how many of a certain lifecycle stage you’re generating at any moment in time.
