Contacts imported from off-line event - associating with campaign

Hi All,

We have uploaded a list of contacts who attended our off-line event to HubSpot.

We also created a static list that is associated with the corresponding campaign.

However, at a contact level, it is not possible to see that they attended this event.

Normally this would be a tracked activity, but as this as an off-line event, there is obviously no data that is fed automatically.

I’d like our sales people to see this info on contacts when they get assigned to them.

Can you advise how this can be done?

Big thanks!

Edyta

Hi @Edyta7510,

You can add assets to a campaign. While you cannot add at a contact level, you can add a static list. Be sure that the contacts that attended the off-line event are on a static list, go to the campaign, click the button to add assets, then associate that static list.

That should do the trick!

Hi @Josh

Thanks for your answer.

I’ve added contacts who attended the event to that static list and associated the list to a HubSpot campaign. This is working fine. However, I’d love to list this event on the activity timeline of a contact. This will also generate a notification to respective contact owners. Is this doable?

Hi @Edyta7510,

Whenever a contact is added to a static list or active list, that will be visible on their activity timeline as long as the “List Membership” box is checked. Using workflows, you can send a notification to contact owners as well.

@Josh thanks so much! I completely overlooked the activity filter. I’ve checked the box now and it’s there. Perfect! :slightly_smiling_face:

I have added a static list to the campaign, but for individual contact, the campaign name is blank as shown in the below screenshot.

Is there any way to add cmapign name for all contacts in a list?
