Hi Karsten, we do have that setting enables but thanks for the possible solution. I think that that setting is for a user email us. In this case, the scenario is, after first meetings, sales people send a summary to all the people involved, some of them are not contacts in hubspot and sales extension push them to hubspot, but only with the email id as a name… the contact has a first and last name in most of the cases.
