Contacts and Companies in a sequence

Hi all, apoloies if this has been posted before, but am new here. I recently created a sequence that includes both Contact and Company information. In the e-mail preview capability where I can select a contact name, BOTH the contact name and company name and description (custom field i created) are populated via token.

However, when I go to enrol either a) the contact list in the sequence OR 2) individual contact through the enrol function…only the Contact name appears and i am giving a “update missing information for this contact”. Not sure why the info is not pulling when i try to load up the sequence.

Hi @NBong

This usually means that the contact you are enrolling is missing the information you want to pull in through the personalisation tokens. In the case of using company personalisation tokens, this usually means a) no company is associated or b) the information is missing on the company.

Can you share a screenshot of the sequence and personalisation tokens you are using in the email?
