Contact reporting on deals

Hi All,

I’ve been trying to create a report which details the following:

  • Deal name
  • Created date
  • Deal owner
  • Last contact date
  • Last contact type (email/call/meeting)
  • Status
  • Status change

Can anyone point me in the direction of how to create this please?

Hi @SCooper8,

Could you specify what you mean with status and status change? Are you referring to the deal stage?

In any case, unfortunately, it’s not possible to display all these data points in one report.

  • HubSpot doesn’t have an option to visualize what the last activity is out of the box. (This can potentially be achieved with custom code which would require development.)
  • Reports on changes can only be visualized using sales analytics (Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics > Deal change history). Outside of these reports in the sales analytics section, HubSpot is only showing the latest value of a property and can also only report on the latest value.

The remaining fields should all be deal properties and go in to a single object deal report with table visualization. If you need help with this part, let me know.
