Contact record doesnt match completed field properties

Not sure what is going on here…

Most Contacts show in my View including their Job and Company name, but a few have a blank company name in the View.

If I edit the contact record though, and view all properties, I can see that Company Name is filled in…!?!

There are two company name properties (Contact/Company version) so make sure you’re looking at the same exact name and what property group it’s in.
