Hi,
I have created two workflows one for that include conditions of Contact Properties and the other includes Company properties.
We added two screenshot below to show you the company properties (condition for unknown) are getting listed for re-enrollment but this is not occurring for Contact Properties.
I have made sure this is also ocurring for the custom properties that we have created for contact and these properties lie under “Contact Information” group and not to any activity group.
Already confirmed the points given on the following URL:
http://help.hubspot.com/articles/KCS_Article/Workflows/Which-workflow-starting-conditions-can-be-used-for-reenrollment
Company properties showing the list for Re-enrollment
Contact Properties showing cannot trigger re-enrollment
Can someone help me understand what I am doing different here which is not allowing these contact properties (condition: unknown) to trigger on re-enrollment.
Hi @SRanawat,
This is a case of “that’s just how it is”. There isn’t any explanation or documentation on this.
As a workaround for re-enrolling contacts based on “is unknown” criteria, you can simply create an active contact-based list that includes contacts where x “is unknown”. You can then use membership in this list as a re-enrollment trigger.
Hope this helps!
Hello @karstenkoehler ,
But it has a drawback, if any contact is gets listed in the membership on satisfying any one condition based on the filters added for membership it triggers the workflow and workflow sends data back to our system.
But if I change some other property which satisfies the condition based on the filters added for the membership. The workflow does not triggers, reason, the contact was already enrolled.
Please let me know if you have any solution for this or any other alternative.
Thanks.
Hi @SRanawat,
For each criterion that you want to re-enroll by, you would have to create one list. You wouldn’t create one list containing all criteria.
Best regards!
