I’m attempting to send a bulk email to one of my contact lists but it doesn’t show in my email recipients. I created the list over a month ago.

The list you created is a deal-based list, however emails can only be sent to contact-based lists. You would have to re-create your list as a contact-based list.
When you create a contact-based list, you can choose “Deal (Associated Object)” from the right dropdown, then click “Deal properties” and set up your filters like in your original deal-based list.
This would return all contacts associated to the deals matching your criteria. You can then use this list for your email send.

It looks like the list you created is a deal list.
Emails are sent to contacts and therefore require a contact list as recipient.
You can create contact list based on associated object filters, meaning you can have a contact list that filters for associated deals - mirroring the filters you used in your original deal list. You can then use that contact list to send an email.
